White lines appearing on prints after processing in AF2 and exporting as jpgs

I recently created a large photo collage and noticed in the final print that white horizontal lines about 1/4" apart  were going across the entire photo in several of the photos. I searched for this topic and found one recommendation to "deactivate OpenCL hardware acceleration in Preferences/Performance", but do not see any such option in my preferences. I'd appreciate any help you can give. TIA.

On Macs, try disabling Hardware Acceleration.

I did disable Hardware Acceleration and after processing the photo again, I was able to get a good print. Thank you!
