KoBu
I print sometimes with an exact distance from the top (or side) of the page to avoid cutting. There are no problems in CorelDraw (see test-print-Corel.pdf)! Unfortunately AD is adding always 3mm to the top of the page and 2 -3 mm to the left side (see test-print-AD) - so I must cut 3 mm respectively 2 mm. Moreover you cannot work precisely when adding other markings regarding the top or the side of the page. Apart from that the dimensions of the objects are exact. KoBu
I tried once again: I created a square (10x10mm) with a cross in the middle, arrangement by AD in the middle of the sheet. AD shows: 105 mm x 148,5 mm. In the print the middle point is unfortunately about: 108 mm x 152 mm. The print of Corel is o.k (see green object). (See attached pdf). Does anyone know what could be the reason for that difference? comparison-Corel-AD.pdf print-test-middle.afdesign Win10 HP i7 - AD (Win), AP (Win), APub (Win), AD (iPad), AP (iPad), Affinity Photo for iPad Pro - the best app I ever had excuse my bad English
Staff AdamW Posted July 22, 2016 Staff Share Posted July 22, 2016 Hi KoBu, Thanks for reporting this. It's a bug dealing with the non-printable border of the page. We're working on it right now - I'll keep you posted :)
