Today, while I was working, my program crashes every time I try to export. It was working fine earlier today, and I haven’t updated or changed any settings. I’ve resaved my file to include only the graphic I need, restarted my computer, and closed all unnecessary programs in case it’s a memory issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Below I have attached the info that comes up when I restart.

Hi @katie885,

Can you upload your Designer file including any linked graphics (if any) so we can figure out what is causing the crash on export...

Which file format are you exporting to, if PDF, which PDF preset are you using?

Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7
Affinity Designer Beta 2.6.0.3125 | Affinity Photo Beta 2.6.0.3125 | Affinity Publisher Beta 2.6.0.3125

MacBook Pro M3 Max, 36 GB Unified Memory, macOS Sonoma 14.6.1, Magic Mouse
HP ENVY x360, 8 GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2500U, Windows 10 Home, Logitech Mouse

It was a photo of food and text. Also it crashes when I select export in the file drop down, so never got as far as selecting a file type, but I had been doing jpegs all day yesterday.

Hi @katie885,

Is it a file you can upload along with the respective JPEGs so we can see if we experience the same crash to try and determine the cause?
