Hi,

I'm considering using Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo on an HPE ProLiant DL80 server. Can anyone share their experiences or confirm if these applications run smoothly on this server? Are there any specific configurations or optimizations needed to ensure the best performance?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

Welcome to the Forum!

Please check this page regarding the systemrequirements:

IMHO the Hardware you are looking at is not suitable to run a typical Desktop application. So WTH do you want to run a CPU and GPU demanding Software on a server hardware which is meant for totally different tasks?

Hi @makahomes,

The Affinity apps are not designed to run directly on a server as the hardware does not meet the required specifications, if you have a multi-user licence you can run the apps via RDP or Terminal server
