Cregino Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I was working on affinity 2 and publisher. Had saved a bunch of assets. Then all of sudden no crash/freeze or update… all of a sudden no assets at lol. When I go to asset panel . Warning yellow symbols and states “There was a problem loading content. changes may have been lost.” The default assets aren’t even there. And when attempt to make an asset category or anything not letting me? Help they weren’t backed up, my bad. I even shut off iPad and restarted. Quote
Staff NathanC Posted January 17 Staff Posted January 17 Hi @Cregino welcome to the forums, Sadly this is a likely indication that the local app assets file has corrupted, particularly if the default category is now also inaccessible. Due to iPad sandboxing we're a bit limited in terms of looking at the assets file, but you can follow the steps below to factory reset the assets: Close all affinity apps/reboot your iPad Open Designer 2 and quickly double tab on the screen during the splash/loading screen A 'Clear user data' menu will appear, check 'Reset Assets' Press 'Reset' and 'OK' and the app will now launch Check the assets panel again, the Default category should now be back and you can re-create assets again. Lunity Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Try reinstalling the app and see if that fixes the asset loading problem. Quote
