Drag selection does not work correctly with touchpad

Basic drag to select works with the touch pad, but for all other mac applications I can pick up one finger, put it back down, and continue to expand the selection. In affinity products, I usually get the context menu popping up as I try to continue the drag. I had to buy a mouse to get around this.

I can't seem to recreate this behaviour here on Mac please could you confirm which version of Mac OS and which version of Affinity you are using?
