Hi I just thought to mention that I developed a photo in the Beta, then duplicated the saved copy and made a jpeg.

I later decided to try the auto selection feature in Beta.  It opened the jpeg but each time I attempted to use the auto selection the programme crashed.

Thought you should know...

mac mini m1, updated to latest OS and AP.  Using Intuos pen tablet at the time.
