Veejasy Posted January 2 Posted January 2 I have many serif and affinity programmes but for movie editing I use movie plus. I have the reg. no's but have recently updated to windows 11. I have tried to open a video that I finished, but it says it's locked and I should click automatic unlock or manual unlock. Neither of which work. It then says contact tech. support which doesn't take me to anywhere. Has anyone got advice as to how I can run this programme please or are there other programmes which would be able to speak to movie plus 6 and open the file please. Quote

Installers for other ‘legacy’ software products from Serif were available from CommunityPlus, their official support site for those products, right up until it closed. MoviePlus was never made available for download from there because of the complex licensing agreements that kept the purchase price as low as possible. James Taylor Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Therefore, if one does not have a Disc—because it was previously downloaded from Seriff—then there is no hope of placing it on a new computer. Alfred's Forum is closed for new inquiries. Can anyone suggest any answer to this problem? I have all the codes, and Serriff even recently sent me a copy of every code I already had; so are the codes not enough to place on a new computer? Thanking everyone in advance! Quote
