Hi, I have Affinity designer (Mon, Jun 12, 2017,), photo (Mon, Jun 5, 2017 ) and publisher. I have them on Mac (intel and M1). For some reason they are not available on Apple App Store and are not displaying me on my purchases. I am not sure why and how it happened. Now that I recently bought a Mac mini-M4 and wanted to use the license to transfer these apps there. Unfortunately only Publisher was available on my App Store account and could get transferred. I am looking for help. I can fetch my credit card details to find the exact dates and pricing of purchases if you all want. I also have myname.lastname @outlook .com account that I use on Macs. I have tried with my @ gmail and @outlook to search but failed.

will appreciate if someone can help me recover the licenses.

Best,

Sandeep

Welcome to the Affinity forums. If your Designer V1 and Photo V1 purchases are not showing up in your Mac App Store account, perhaps you purchased those applications from Serif in the Affinity Store, rather than from Apple. You could login to the Affinity Store (https://affinity.store/account/downloads) and see if you find them there.

Or, perhaps you've Hidden the purchases in your Mac App Store account. That's a possibility mentioned in the FAQ:

Walt, Thank you for your suggestions .

I have tried to unhide on Mac, iPhone and iPad. This had *NOT* shown me the Affinity V1 apps in the listing. My location has not changed so the second suggestion in the link to test out the change of location isn't helpful either.

Is there a way to fetch the license from the older Macs where these apps are already installed?

Best,

Sandeep

Sorry to hear those ideas didn't work out, and I'm afraid I have no other ideas. I hope someone else (possibly Serif staff, possibly another user) will be able to help.

I was able to resolve it today after going to Apple support. They told me that even though the products are registered with my @gmail.com email, they were purchased with @outlook.com . They told me how to switch accounts (probably  I was not doing it right earlier). Thanks for all the support

Good to hear you have it resolved, and thanks for letting us know how you did it.
