Don McWhorter Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Monday 12/9/2024 I purchased Affinity software I successfully logged in to the Affinity web site and added 2 factor authentication. 3 days later.... I still cannot login. I supply the username (moderated) and password I created. I am told that a security code was sent to my email. I did receive a 6 digit code. I enter the security code and I get the following error message. I have tried over 10 times to login using this method. How can I get back into the account? Quote
