soupy Posted December 7, 2024 Posted December 7, 2024 I am trying to set up a page that has a text column with the rest of the page having the remainder a larger text box. I have tried it every way I have read and could think of and I can't get it to work. The master page is new each time I try it. It shouldn't be so complicated. What am I doing wrong? Well, I tried to attach an image and that failed, too! LOL! Some days..... Quote

Without a precise description of what you are doing, how you are doing it, or what you want to achieve, and of course along with a screenshot of the application and possibly the original file, it will be difficult to give you any advice. soupy Posted December 8, 2024 Author Posted December 8, 2024 I am unable to upload a screenshot. Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file. (Error code: -200) Quote

(Error code: -200) That happens from time to time and seems to be ‘random’ as far as I can tell. Try converting (exporting) the image to a different file type (e.g. JPEG → PNG) and then uploading again. If that doesn’t work, try reducing the dimensions of the image and see if that makes a difference. soupy 1 Quote
soupy Posted December 8, 2024 Author Posted December 8, 2024 Png worked! Thanks! I started with a fresh master page and followed all of the usual steps to make the page. I really didn't do anything different. Quote

Also, it’s usually good if we can see the Layers Panel (and make sure that at least one 'problem layer' is selected and visible in that panel). Quote
soupy Posted December 8, 2024 Author Posted December 8, 2024 OK, well, I see now that I used the wrong tool for the layout. I feel stupid. I guess, I really need to walk away sometimes. Quote
