Printing problem Publisher

Affinity Publisher 2.5.6 ... Mac OS 10.15.7

This a 8.5 x 11 document with two pages per sheet in landscape mode. (each page in essence is 5.5" x 8").

Although I can view two pages per sheet in landscape mode on the screen, I cannot seem to print the document in landscape mode with 2 pages per sheet either on a printer or a PDF document. It only prints one page per 8.5 x 11 sheet.

What am I missing?

In the print dialog menu "Range and Scale" try the options "Layout" -> "Pages per Sheet" – or "Document Layout" -> "N-Up".
(Your printer driver layout or menu labels may be different)

To get a PDF (not a print) you better use the Export option (not Print). There choose the option "Area" -> "All Spreads" + define the wanted range of pages.
