I can't work with any files

I'm kind of tired, sometimes I open any application and whether I open a file or load one, the application gets stuck and doesn't load or doesn't create anything, other times it opens normally, the problem is that most of the time it doesn't load and gets stuck, I tried all the tips and nothing, the same thing happens to me with all of them. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't.

Based on the described conditions and the intermittent nature of the issue it might be tricky for us to replicate, is it specific to certain file(s)? If so can you provide us with a copy of an affected document?
