whenever I try to open macro (or batch or library) the window exits my screen at the top and bottom, making it unusable. Also i can't grab it or move it since the bar is out of reach.

I suspect this might be a problem with the "notch" and the extra display space that isn't really usable though.

Using: Affinity Photo 2.5.6 (not tested for Designer and Publisher)

Mac Book Pro 16" M1 running mac os 15.1.1

and happening every time

@Moritz_ Welcome to the forums.

Have you tried resetting the studio panels bu going to Window > Studio > Reset Studio?
If that doesn't work try an app reset.
Hold down the CTRL key and open the app, when the options appear release the key. Leave the default enabled and click Clear.

Are the apps opening full screen and are you just using your MacBook screen or with an external display?
