Add ability to rename (and reorganize) brush and gradient overlays in the Develop Persona

User CraigAdamson had requested this back in V1. But his post got nothing more than a like (and my comment there just for the form).

Nonetheless this is an important enough thing to be restated here for V2:

-> Please add the ability to rename brush and gradient overlays in the Develop Persona.

Being able to name the brush and gradient overlays is such a basic thing and would increase their usefulness exponentially: the ability to add numerous overlays is very powerful, but not being able to tell which one is which is very aggravating, and a thing that just discourages their use.

-> To a lesser degree but still important, it would also be advantageous to be able to reorganize them in the stack, to, for example, put an important overlay on top for easy access.

Myself I would most likely never use this ability but I do see that it would be a very useful addition.
