When apply preset to a raw photo, white balance does not apply

Recommended Posts

When applying preset to a raw photo, white balance does not apply

1. Application: Photo2
2. Version: 2.55
3. Issue can be reproduced (happens everytime)
4. It happens every time I apply it to the new or old photo

Photo 1: import RAW photo
Photo 2: applied preset
photo 3: preset changed the temperature to 4500K
photo 4: click on temperature and hit the "enter" key again to reapply, and this time it works

As you can see the temp change between photos 3 and 4

Please let me know If I'm doing something wrong.

Thank you

Clark

4 hit enter key to apply temperature again.png

The issue "Develop Persona - White balance not correctly saved/recalled with preset" (REF: AF-288) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2861). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
