Shuttingdownonme Posted September 25, 2024 Posted September 25, 2024 I have officially redone the same work 4 times now, and cannot seem to get past a certain point without the program shutting down on me. Once reopened it takes me back to the last saved work which is like 25 minutes prior to my last completion, which is A LOT OF WORK to redo continuously over and over again. Incredibly frustrating. I bought more memory space, and to no avail has this fixed the issue. I need help! Quote
Staff stokerg Posted September 26, 2024 Staff Posted September 26, 2024 Hi @Shuttingdownonmeand Welcome to the Forums, Can you try starting Affinity and as soon as you see the loading screen, double tap the screen with your finger and you should see some Clear User Data options and 1 switch will be active. If you can then tap on Reset. Affinity will then load as normal, now try using the app and see if it shuts down again. If it does, can you upload a screen recording showing your full workflow until you get the crash? To record your screen, see here. Quote
