It would be very useful if the fonts used were integrated into the saved document (see Corel Draw). This could also be optional. The documents would be a little larger, but they would also be accessible everywhere without having to install fonts.

This already exists, at least for Affinity Designer and Publisher. To pass on documents with used fonts, there is the option Save as package.

When the user opens the package, the fonts are stored in a temporary cache for use in the document.
