Hunter503
Hi y'all, I intended to buy Affinity Publisher during the August sale—and just now realized I accidentally purchased Affinity Designer instead. I didn't realize that both were called Affinity. I want to trade the Designer license for Publisher. Are y'all able to help me with that? Thank you! walt.farrell
Welcome to the Affinity forums. Assuming you purchased directly from Serif at the Affinity Store, you can email affinityreturns@serif.com within 15 days of purchase to get a refund, and then you could repurchase the right application. Unfortunately, the sale has ended, and depending on when you purchased it is either too late or almost too late for a refund. But I would email them anyway, quickly, and see if they can help. They might be willing to allow a return and exchange for the other application, but you should deal with them privately, not here in the forums.
