DanF Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 I had the exact same problem. I'm using Windows 7 and the latest Visual C++ Redistributable(x86) is 14.0.23506. This was already installed. I did this multiple times, also uninstalled/reinstalled VC++ to see if it worked without having it, or with the latest version. No luck. It appears to install VC++ during this, but then if I attempt a reinstall it tries to install it again then exits with the error "prerequisites failed" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
