Changing email

Recommended Posts

I no longer use the yahoo email associated with my product key. How can I change it to reflect my current email which is a gmail account.

My login email uses the correct gmail account. I want to set up 2-step verification but don't want the verification going to my yahoo account.

Thanks.

@MGS

Welcome to the forums.

For security reasons the email address you used when you place your V1order is permanently linked to the license. This can never be changed. The only time you will need to enter this though is when you re-install the V1 software.

It is worth mentioning that this will not affect any V2 licenses you have bought. They are activated by signing into your Affinity Store account rather than by a product key.

You can however change the email address you use to sign into your Affinity Store account.

 Sign into your Affinity Store account by clicking here.

From the Affinity Account page click Account Details. In the Personal Details section enter your new email address and press Update Details. You should receive the message "Your details were updated". You can now log into the Affinity Store with your updated email address.
