Glennsart
I have been trying to upload an image for the past couple of days, unsuccessfully, so there has to be something I don't have right in what I'm doing. The image is coming from my desktop, is in JPG format and is 1.2 MB in size at 2500 x 1666 px. When I either drag the image to the image window at the bottom of the frame or select the "Choose files..." button, I get the "image uploading" symbol which goes around in endlessly. I have let the process run for several hours but it's still not uploading. When I click the Back button to get out of the page and back to the main forum, an error message displays for a split second (I think part of what it said was Error 208, but I can't be sure) before the main forum reloads. Has anyone got any ideas on what might be happening here? FYI, I have checked my internet speed and while it's not exactly lightning fast, I am getting over 1 MB/S, which should upload this image extremely quickly if I'm not mistaking. Thanks. walt.farrell
I would start by trying a different web browser, and possibly even disabling any browser extensions or add-ons. Perhaps try using a cell phone if you have one. If nothing else, you could try to Zip the image and upload that. Glennsart
Thanks Walt. I'll give those a shot. I suspect it might be the browser. Appreciate the help as always.
