KariF
The attached pictures shows how the template would be used. It's essentially evenly staggered holes that follow the path of each object. If you look closely you'll see where the holes are. I have v2 of AD. Thanks! I've tried the dashed stroke option but not quite working how I expected it to. thomaso
This thread might shed some light on the/a workflow … (note, this was V1. In V2 is a bit more option to align the dashes (holes)) KariF 1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1

Possibly you ask for "Power Duplicate" (as multiple single step-by-step commands) or for "Data Entry" (dto., as a 1-click command + more options) or "Quick Grids" (rectangular object grid). – Oddly, the Online Help fails already to find content for "power duplicate", so this video tutorial seems to give more info and a practical overview: 00:00 Intro 00:33 Quick Grids 01:47 Power Duplicate 03:28 Transform Origin 04:47 Data Entry 06:52 Circular Arrangements 08:27 Line Examples 09:08 Symbols KariF 1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1

Great video - very clear and like others have said, learned additional things I didn't know existed as well. Thank you so so much. I think data entry option is what I need for this scenario.
