carmel Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 Hi, I have a Windows10 Pro, 64 bits on a Dell XPS laptop. After lunching the installation and selecting English as the (unique) option, I've received this message, so I couldn't complete the installation. Between the two messages a 10ms window appeared like trying to install C++ libraries and then it failed. Which are the installation requirements? If you're having trouble installing the prerequisites, would you be able to try installing them separately and seeing if that is any better? My fault slightly, can you uninstall them then try installing the ones from the links i provided?
