AFPUB: Improve Facing pages/One page, Bleed, 1st page left/right

I would ask to consider the following improvements to Publisher:

• The bleed for a page should be exported only on that page - never on the facing page
• The option "First page left or right" in the document settings should be functional when "Facing pages" is not set.
  This setting should then be honored in the Paragraph alignment settings (Align towards spine)
• Ticking "Facing pages" off splits a master page into two separate master pages with the same name. Maybe appending "L" and "R" could be some improvement and also make it possible to join them back together when setting the option "Facing pages" again.
