The first thing to check is to see if the UI has been toggled.
Press the Tab key and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn’t, press the Tab key again.

If that doesn’t work, look in the menu “Window → Studio” and see if “Hide Studio” is checked (ticked). If it is, select it and see if that gets your panels back.

If that doesn’t work, look in the menu “Window → Studio” again and see if “Show Right Studio” is checked (ticked). If it isn’t, select it and see if that gets your panels back. You can also do the same for “Show Left Studio”.

The UI in that screenshot is not currently toggled to hidden, as the Status Bar is present. So it must be other items in View or Window (and for the Studio, as you mentioned, it's in Window).

And the Tools Panel is also present in the screenshot but I thought I’d add the Toggle UI step in case anyone else was reading the thread with a similar problem and they had simply toggled the UI off.
