Float with text not working with master pages

Hello!

I have this little vertical line that I want to use to seperate the page number from the section name. I didn't like the way it looked with the "|" in futura, so I created a simple curve and pinned it to the section name. All of this was done on the master page.

Then I created a regular page, applied the master and it worked like a charm (page 5). However on the next pages (page 7) I created it stopped working and the curve just doesn't show up - also not in the layers panel.

Yes, I tried clearing and reapplying the masters - not working. If I do that on page 5 where it was working, it's also gone.

My guess: There's nothing I can do and it's just a random bug. I just have to paste it manually

I believe this is a known issue:

I suggest keeping it as text. If you don't like the size of it, you could scale it or change its baseline. Or even change it to a different font to get the look you want.

The issue "Applying Master Page with Pinned object does not include Pinned object on applied Page" (REF: AF-1144) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2900). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
