Aff Photo 2 - can’t read file name in Live Docs (iPad Pro 12.9”)

Recommended Posts

This only happens when the iPad Pro when Larger Text Display setting is used.

This makes it hard to see the name of the file I am working on.

Is it possible to make use of the wasted space between the file name and the file resolution (see attached picture) ?

I’ve been using Affinity Photo 1 on iOS 16 as it doesn’t have this issue, but since iOS 17 Affinity Photo 1 doesn’t work probably on an M1 iPad and those bugs haven’t been addressed/fixed. So moving forward I would need to use Affinity Photo 2.

Thank you for taking the time to read.

That is annoying. And even relatively short file names are shown that way.

I'm not sure if that should be reported as a bug, or if it would be something for the Feedback forum. But as far as I know your only choice at this time if using V2 is to set that option to Default.
