Array Tool

I ‚m looking for a tools that is able to arrange images in specific formations, resize them to a similar size and do that based on masks, selections and more.

Here‘s some of the features it would need:

1. - A tool to arrange all images with multiple columns & rows

 

2. - The option to adjust spacing between them.
+ Having different layout options to choose from/adjust manually:

/ Shapes (circle, square, etc)

/ Layer Stacking (when there’s multiple images stacking behind each other)

/ Mask based layout borders

/ Selection based layout borders

 

3. - The option to select between different factors to adjust the arrangement - Such as:
/ Box Selection 
/ Actual Size Selection

/ Same Scaling
/ Randomized Scaling 
/ Minimum & Maximum Items per row/column options
