snapshots allow for typing in name-descriptions but prevent from reading them later

As the title states, Snapshots panel cuts any written descriptions short regardless of panel size or hovering over them (i.e. no tooltips).

I can confirm I'm able to replicate this issue here and have also noted a few differences between Windows and MacOS here, therefore I've logged this with our development team for you now.
