jspencer
Was getting ready to use Designer and the app crashes every time I launch. The other 2 programs (Photo and Publisher) launched successfully and have been upgraded to 2.4.2. What do I do? Crash report attached. Thank you. Hangman
Hi @jspencer, You could try a factory reset by holding the Ctrl key down when launching Designer then once you see the 'Clear User Data' screen, leave the default options selected, hit the 'Clear' button and let Designer finish launching and see if that fixes the issue. jspencer
Hangman - that didn't work, I still crash on opening. My options are • Reopen, • Report and • Ignore. Is there a way I can just reinstall the Designer app again? Can I do that with the V2 Licenses and Downloads link from my account? My other apps, Photo an Publisher are working fine and upgraded to their newest versions. Please, I have work to do and need this working today to satisfy a client who's waiting for me to get done. jspencer
Issue solved! Went to V2 Licenses and Downloads link from my account and just redownloaded the app and replaced my corrupted version with new version, All is good!
