Chris.E
Hey guys, I am running Designer V2 and Photo V2 on windows. I discovered that I can not update the software with the "check for updates" button. Does anyone know the issue?
GarryP
Can you give us a full-screen screenshot which shows the problem?

GarryP
Thanks. Where did you get the software from? If it was from the Serif Store, was it the MSIX or MSI/EXE version?
Chris.E
It is the MSI version from dropbox.

Chris.E
At the time of purchasing version V2 the MSI installers were hosted on Dropbox.
GarryP
Where did you get the link from, and do you still have the link to it?
Chris.E
It is a corporation license. There might be differences to the personal license. I contacted the corporation support for help.
GarryP
Ah, that may be where the issue arises from. If the organisation doesn’t want users to update at different times then there may be a way for them to disable the update process until they are ready, from a coordinated organisational perspective, to do so.
