Lack of consistency in interface

Numerous examples but one for all. While using the selection tool, the active mode is dark but the active window is light. Crazy. Not sure the new merger will improve anything. Never heard of Canva.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your post. Do you mean that the selected tool has a darker background than other tools but the active window has a lighter tab than other window tabs? If so, that's been reported before and some of us have created detailed lists of the inconsistencies.

Yes, you're saying that Affinity uses darker to indicate selection for some things (Tools, Context Toolbar, Toolbar) but lighter for others (tabs). This is a known issue and Serif has logged it.
