AQGF2X0 Posted March 25, 2024 Posted March 25, 2024 (edited) After applying past 10 gradients for a portrait, the image crashed with red and blue boxes with the image misplaced everywhere after applying an 11th gradient. I was aiming for 20 radial gradients to spread light a bit around the subject. Update: I tried lowering the resample quality to Bilinear. I could make 20 gradients okay. In Lanczos 3 Non-Separable, the image crashes. Edited March 25, 2024 by AQGF2X0 Quote
Staff DWright Posted April 3, 2024 Staff Posted April 3, 2024 Hi @AQGF2X0, Welcome to the forum Is it possible for you to provide more information of the type of gradient fill that you are using and are these being applied to a selection or mask. also can you please post the crash report which can be found in the following location %UserProfile%\.affinity\Photo\2.0\CrashReports\reports\ Quote
AQGF2X0 Posted April 7, 2024 Author Posted April 7, 2024 (edited) Yes, the gradient fill was radial from the gradient tool, applied to a shadow or contrast adjustment layer. Each radial effect stacks on the image, then after 10 of them, the image crashes. I did change the colors for the 2 (black and white) points of each gradient fill the same. I don't see the crash report from when it occurred. I only have more recent crash reports. Edited April 7, 2024 by AQGF2X0 Quote
