Matrix looking glitch

Recommended Posts

So I just updated to version 2.4.0- and now my raw images are opening up really glitched out and weird. It's frankly a cool effect, I'd do it intentionally for some images if I could replicate it, but it's not what I'm going for for the shots I'm trying to edit today, and I understandably don't want to do it all the time. The matrix looking vertical lines will shift when I adjust things like white-balance, but will remain present no matter what I do, whether I "develop" the photo or not. I know it's not the images themselves being corrupted because other apps can open them no problem, it's just affinity. I've tried restarting the app as well as my computer- I only haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling yet, which will be my next course of action.

Attached are screenshots with the issue.

Go to the Edit menu, choose ‘Preferences > Performance’ and then untick ‘Hardware Acceleration’.
