V2 paid for but purchase not recognised by affinity app

Hi,

I was presented with a messaged to say my free trial had finished and was given the option to purchase Affinity v2 for £47.49 on my Mac. I proceeded with this and the money is pending from my bank account. However, when I click on the app I am presented with the same message that the free trial is finished and the option to purchase. I haven’t received an email from Affinity with a confirmation of this purchase, should I have received one?
Can anyone explain why I might not be able to access affinity yet? It’s been over an hour. Could it be a problem with my bank?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Sara.

Try signing in to the store that you purchased from (i.e. the Affinity Store, the Mac App Store, or the Microsoft Store). If your purchase has gone through you should see it listed there, but the fact that your bank shows the transaction as ‘pending’ does tend to suggest that there’s some kind of delay.
