Wolfblack Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 Hi I have previously used Affinity photo on an ipad a long long time ago so thought i would try a trial now working on a Macbook is it possible to use a selective sharpening tool like in the ipad tutorial where you pick an object . In my case a bird and only sharpen that , I work with raw hope I have explained properly I found this easy to understand before ,must say i am impressed up to now . Any help appreciated . nickbatz Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 Sure, just select the bird, choose Insert Inside Selection from the context menu, then insert Layer->New Live Filter->Sharpen->whichever one you want to use. It only applies to the selection, and if you want to add another adjustment to another selection you can do that the same way, i.e. each adjustment will affect only the selection.
