Affinity Photo crashes and closes

I'm having problems with Affinity Photo.

In random situations, it freezes and closes by itself.
Sometimes when opening a file, I have to try about 3 times before I can edit without the program closing.

SO: Windows 11

@Diogo Mota Some of the .dmp files have reference to DirectX and OpenCL. If you open the apps Settings > Performance, is Hardware Acceleration turned ON? If so, disable it (OFF) and restart the app and see if it improves.

If the issues continue, check to see if there are any updates for your graphics card drivers available to download and install. You may also want to try refreshing DirectX on your system.

Have you noticed if this is occuring when using a particular tool or workflow?

I disabled hardware acceleration and so far the problems have stopped. I'll be following up to see if it's actually been resolved.

But will disabling hardware acceleration have any negative impact on productivity?
