jaypeg Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 So I've been the affinity designer 2 on my iPad since the past 6 months but now it's asking me for activation and it's giving me the error shown in the picture below. I don't have an affinity ID so I'm feeling stuck.

Would you be able to contact us via our Support Form and share your Apple purchase receipt with us so that we can advise on this further for you?
