Odd Cursor Behavior

My brush behavior has become very strange. It just started happening yesterday. Now when I click and drag the left mouse button the standard circle with a plus sign changes to a tiny blue circle and tiny blue + both symbols connected with a magenta line.  It almost looks like I'm working with a gradient but I'm not.  The blue + is located exactly where the + sign is on the original cursor.  I'm using a Logitech M585 mouse by the way.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this new "cursor" greatly appreciated

Disable the checked on (enabled) Stabilizer on the top tools settings bar!
