MoonLight
Hi, To free up space on my HD I've deleted Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer from my HD. In the understanding that I could re-install them again later on. After updating my OS, I searched for my purchases and found Affinity Photo in the App Store where I bought it. Only I can't download it again, I only can download V2. And V2 is not compatible with Mojave (OS 10.14) so actually I don't have access anymore to the photo editing software that I really frequently use. Luckily Affinity Designer is bought via Serif but Affinity Photo is bought via the App Store. Serif offers V1 but I don't have a product key because I downloaded it via the App Store. I really need this V1 back on my computer working, but how? Help is really appreciated! Cheers.

MoonLight
Thanks, it seems that it comes down to contact Apple Support. All the instructions don't work for me. For future references, is it better then to purchase the software from Serif directly? Thanks again.

Of course, you need to be using the same Apple ID you purchased with. If it's not, then yes, you'll need to contact Apple Support. 1 hour ago, MoonLight said: For future references, is it better then to purchase the software from Serif directly? Yes. MoonLight
Thanks for your reply. So I've contacted Apple support. Although v1 is listed in my account, the software isn't there anymore. The solution brought up by Apple is to upgrade my OS and purchase v2. It is kind of strange that Apple cannot resolve this and I also cannot find a resolution here (apart from buying v2 and upgrading the system). Still no other workarounds? I just need v1 back. Black Friday offers are also gone...

If Apple has lost it from your Apple account there are no other workarounds that I know of. Sorry.
