Publisher2, 2.3.0

Ios 17.1.2

iPad 8th gen.

Go to Print - Layout - Booklet.

Page order in printing booklets shows wrong. Instead of showing first and last pages on the first sheet and so on, it shows first and second on sheet 1, third and fourth on sheet 2, fifth and sixth on sheet  3 and so on.

In tapping the Share button it creates a pdf file where the pages are in correct order (first and last pages on the first sheet and so on). Though the image in the pdf file is scaled down to about 50-80 % and there is no way to change to fill the paper size (A4).

@PeterFinne When using Print, the options available are what iPadOS has built in and aren't provided by our app. That being said, which options are you selecting, specifically regarding the print layout.

You may be better to use the Export option within our app and then select PDF.

I chose Booklet layout - Print As Booklet.

When I tap the Share icon on top of the screen, a pdf file is created with the sheets that I can sent to my wifi Epson printer or save to Files but the image in the file is scaled to about 80% or less and can’t be changed, (se the image) so it is useless.

Pages in the Sheet View are not in correct order for a booklet, that is the first and last page on the first sheet and so on . Instead they are in order Fist Sheet: 1,2; Second Sheet: 3,4; Third Sheet: 4,5… (see the image).

And there is no A4 paper size on the list.
