This should take into account proper page renumbering (or the ability to include "disabled pages" in the numbering). When exporting, the hidden pages should of course not be displayed. I'd like the ability to add page numbers via a master page, then have sequential numbers just on the pages which use that master page, without taking into account other pages which do not include that master page.
