Problem to open JPG pictures

When I open this jpg-file it shows very ansharp and does not fit in to the center of my screen

27" Apple screen. Howe is that possible, tell me very soon.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

By default Affinity Photo fits the image to the work area when you open a file. If you want to view it at 100% press ⌘ (cmd) + 1.

Currently there's no way to change the default behaviour.
