sbsdk Posted November 14, 2023 Posted November 14, 2023 (edited) Hello. I have encountered a really infuriating ussue with Affinity Photo 2 on Windows. I had downloaded the trial and have been using it, but have accidentally clicked on the "I already have an Affinity Photo 2 or Universal License" button right under the "Continue Trial" button (Really poor and infuriating design choice to have both so close together), and now I am unable to get back to using the trial version. When ever I open Affinity Photo 2 it just keeps asking for log in details, but I have not yet bought a license. I still had around 12 days left on my trial, so it's not that it has run out. I can't see any button or anything to press to take me back, it only asks for login details. Edited November 14, 2023 by sbsdk Quote
Staff NathanC Posted November 15, 2023 Staff Posted November 15, 2023 Welcome to the forums @sbsdk, If you re-enter your Affinity ID details you originally registered the trial against and then press 'Activate' on the login screen it will then continue the existing trial period on your account. 🙂 Quote
