Documents opening on wrong monitor

Hello,

I completed the trial and purchased the suite but I've had this issue all along. When I open a document, it opens on my secondary monitor. The main interface is on my primary monitor where I want the document to open.

I've seen a number of posts on this board with the exact same problem. I have tried all solutions (including deleting the Windows.xmls files) but I cannot solve this issue.

Can anyone here help?

Welcome to the forum

Can you please open the Affinity app while holding down the CTRL key and when the Clear User Data screen appears click the Clear button and this will reset the app back to is defaults and the document will now open within the app itself.
