Move / duplicate panel .. add randomization (horizontal etc)

Be great if there was a randomization feature for the horizontal, vertical etc so if someone enters 4px then randomization on would result in 0.3px or 2.3px 3.2px etc all the way up to 4px. Same with rotation such as 10 degrees and going with 3 degrees for one and 4.6 for the next etc - so clicking the randomization button would result in a refresh of the distances or angles etc 

also be great if extended to include a colour randomization so we could then get red or green or shapes or text etc (obviously not going to be any use for pixel layers)
