Affinity Photo - Can't Open Any Files

Hi,

Starting earlier this week, I cannot open any image files using Affinity Photo on PC. I get the loading screen, and then the app just quits on me. It's been working fine until now. I've tried re-installing the app, but the problem persists.

Any pointers on what I should look into?

Hi Blakar1988,

Please could you try opening the app with the CTRL key held down and if the reset menu appears ensure the first 3 options are ticked and then hit reset. This should hopefully solve your issue.

OK that didn't work, but I tried again with all of the boxes checked and it works now. Thank you.
