can opnly use opne application at a time

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I can only use ONE Affinity application at the same time.

Windows 11, I have the license for all three app, purchased on the affinity website.

I can use each of the applications individually with no problem, but when I try to start a second one it will not start but produce the "Your test has expired - buy a license" popup.

This is more than annoying.

I searched and found a thread here in the forum with a similar problem, but no solution therein helped me: At one place it was suggested to try to click on "buy" but not go through with the purchase... I did up to the point where I would need to confirm a paypal payment. Which of course I didn't.

No change. Problem persists.

I installed the programs via the usual download files, no tampering or out of the order install.

@Affinity: Your license protection is seriously broken. What a crappy way to annoy your customers. Please FIX THIS BUG!

Thanks!

There is a known scenario, different from your description but similar enough to be worth checking, I think.

If you still have the installer files that you used, can you give us a screenshot from File Explorer that shows them, please? It's important that all three be .EXE files, or all three be .MSIX files. A mixture of EXE and MSIX is not valid.
