the aducator Posted September 30, 2023 Author Share Posted September 30, 2023 This 2.2 update has been the buggiest Affinity update ever. Designer app is still buggy with font selection. Photo app keeps crashing when importing photos. My work has been badly affected by this for a week now and there has been no update so far for either app. Please fix these issues soon. Staff Lee D Posted October 2, 2023 Staff Share Posted October 2, 2023 @the aducator I not getting the same behavior when trying to replicate your workflow on any of our iPads. Importing images from Apple Photos either directly opening or using Place does work for me. I've noticed it does seem to take a little longer but this may depend on the image format/size. Have you tried moving images out of Apple Photos and to your iPad storage or iCloud and then try opening them in Photo V2 just to confirm that they do open?
